People in Sioux Falls and Yankton are voting on two school elections. In Sioux Falls, voters get to elect a new member to the school Board. In Yankton, they’re deciding whether to approve an opt out of the state property tax freeze to help with a lack of state education funding. There are only two Oprah Winfrey Shows left. One local couple was on the show just a couple years ago and received money to help with their cause to help the homeless. Don Jorgensen will have an update on their mission. Plus, a Sioux Falls woman was at Oprah’s massive celebrity celebration which continues today on KELO-TV at 4:00 p.m. We’ll talk with her about what it was like to be at the event and see all the stars who came out to honor Oprah.
