It was a very quick meeting today, with just a handful of participants.  Everyone else was out gathering stories for the day including:

USD Sexual Assault:  Vermillion police are investigating a sexual assault that happened early Sunday on campus.

Gubernatorial Candidates and Education:  We’re talking to the gubernatorial candidates about their plans for education in South Dakota.

Colder September:  We could see lows in the 30s toward the end of this month.  We’ll explain tonight.

Weight Loss Before Surgery:  You won’t want to miss this in tonight’s HealthBeat.  A man has to shed over 100 lbs before he can have a surgery needed to save his life.  He’s already lost 90, but he still has some more to lose.  Hear that story tonight.

Last night the Sioux Falls City Council approved $500,000 for the development and design of a Sioux Falls events center.  Quite a few people have sounded off on our Facebook page on the topic.  What do you think?
