- A little discussion this morning about changes that go into effect today for the sex offender registry.  The legislature approved the changes in this year’s session, creating a tiered system depending on the offense.  Some offenders will be removed today.  [Ben Dunsmoor covered the story last night at 10.]

- A 34-year-old man was arrested in Sioux Falls this morning after he allegedly assaulted two women and attempted to break into another home.  We’ll have more details later today.

- Marty is still facing problems, even after floodwaters have receded.  We’re checking in with the small town in Charles Mix County.

-Water is still high on Lake Poinsett and some with cabins have lost their yards to the water.  Now, wind is causing more problems.
